As a Senior Proposal Coordinator at Shimmick, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pursuit and proposal activities across our markets in water, transportation, energy, and other critical infrastructure sectors. You will help organize, format, and produce proposal materials, ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with company standards. Working closely with Proposal Managers, Pursuit Managers, and technical staff, you will also maintain critical pursuit and content resources, including our CRM database, project profiles, and resumes, while gaining hands-on experience with collaborative delivery pursuits and high-profile projects.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
