The General Superintendent oversees all phases of a construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They coordinate field operations, manage on-site personnel and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and serve as the primary liaison between project managers and field crews. This role requires strong leadership, deep construction knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills to maintain productivity and resolve issues on-site efficiently.

The salary range for this position is between $170,000-$195,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
