As Business Development Coordinator, you will coordinate business development strategies, client databases, and pursuit management activities.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Supports daily correspondence and activities of business development leadership.
  • Supports pipeline database development and data entry.
  • Updates database with pursuit notes and activities
  • Manages event registration, dues, sponsorships and memberships
  • Research existing and prospective clients and projects to support business strategy.
  • Works closely with preconstruction and proposal teams to coordinate pursuit management activities.
  • Maintains meeting calendars, prepares meeting agendas and assists with material development.
  • Attends and participates in industry outreach and events
  • Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the Construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Additional Information:

  • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
  • The position is based in the Irvine, CA office.
  • This position does not include sponsorship for a United States work authorization.

 

The salary range for this position is between $70,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
